I’ll give them credit, they did fix my address issue in the end, so I’m happy about that. But at the same time, it took about two days to hear back, which felt slow for something related to a food order. The support person was nice enough, though I had to explain the problem twice, which was a little annoying. So yeah, not a bad experience, but also not exactly great either

"Easy Gift Order, What More Could You Want?"
I ordered a gift from GourmetFoodStore.com for a family member, it was super easy from start to finish. Checkout was simple, the tracking info came through without any hassle, and the package arrived right when they said it would. Isn’t that exactly what you hope for when sending a gift? My family member really liked what was inside too, which was the best part. I’d definitely use them again for gifts.

"Refund option was fine, but the replacement dragged a bit"
My item showed up in rough condition, which was frustrating right away. To be fair, they did respond and gave me the choice of either a refund or a replacement, so I appreciated that. I went with the replacement, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would and there was more back and forth than I hoped for. In the end, they did try to make it right, but I was a little worn out by the whole process and just wanted it resolved sooner.

My order showed up still really cold, with the ice packs frozen and everything looking good. No leaks, no mess, and the packaging held up well. I’m happy with the whole experience and would definitely order again...

"Delivery timing was a mess"
I ordered from GourmetFoodStore.com for a dinner I had planned, and the delivery showed up 2 days late. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just sitting there guessing what was going on. The food itself was fine once it finally arrived, but by then it had already thrown off my plans. What’s frustrating is it feels like their delivery policies leave too much wiggle room, so when something runs late they can kind of point to the fine print instead of actually making it right. Not sure I’d take the chance again.

"Finally found the fancy stuff I was looking for"
I stopped in looking for truffle salt, which I swear I couldn’t find anywhere else, and they actually had it. Not just that, they had all kinds of little fancy things too, like nice olive oil, interesting seasonings, specialty snacks, sauces, and the kind of stuff you randomly need for a recipe but never see at a regular store. Super glad I checked here because it saved me from running around to five more places

"Nice finds, but the selection was a little uneven"
I found a few really good gourmet items here, so it definitely wasn’t a bad experience. But some sections had way fewer options than I expected, and a couple things I wanted were out of stock. That part was weird because other areas seemed well stocked. Overall, it was fine, just a bit hit or miss for me.

Everything I ordered seemed to be there, and I didn’t notice any mix-ups or missing items. It was packed well enough too. Nothing fancy, just about what I was hoping for. I’d probably order again

"Honestly really fresh stuff"
Everything showed up super fresh, even the cheese and the seafood, which I was kinda nervous about tbh. It was packed cold and still tasted great the next day too. I was a little surprised how good it all was

I ordered this for a weekend dinner, but it ended up showing up almost a week late, which was frustrating. I didn’t really get any useful updates either, so I was just kind of waiting around. The food might be totally fine, but yeah, the shipping was just super slow

"Slow Delivery, Zero Help From the Support Squad"
Not a great shopping experience. My order took forever to arrive, and when I reached out for help, the support team gave me major “Captain Useless” energy. Lots of waiting, not much actual help. Wouldn’t be in a hurry to shop here again.
